Dylan Kenny is a Nova Scotia-based film maker set to graduate from Nova Scotia Community College’s Screen Arts program this spring. He has a passion for camera operating, directing, and editing, and looks for any opportunity to gain more experience in those fields. Dylan has been a camera operator for music videos and documentaries, as well as assistant camera on various projects, including as an AC trainee on a Film5 short film, Please Fix Me. He has written and directed two short films, Burgerman and Killer Anxiety, and he interested in telling stories about living up to self-expectations and overcoming dissatisfaction and apathy to find self-fulfillment and connection. Dylan’s friendly and collaborative approach to film making, as well as his diverse experience across many roles and departments including camera, grip, gaff, art, picture editing and colouring make him a valuable addition to any crew.
